How to set up Smart DNS on MacOS

Download the LivingAbroad.tv config file
The file (sl.mobileconfig) will download, most likely to your Downloads folder.
Double-click the downloaded file. You should see this notification pop up:
Open System Preferences → Click Profile Downloaded (or go to General → Device Management if you don't see it).
Double click on Encrypted DNS (DoH, DoT) → Click Install and approve.
